INGREDIENTS FOR 2 PORTIONS:
Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Peel and rinse the champignons. Peel the onion. Boil chicken breast until tender in salted water.
Cut the champignons into small cubes.
Chop the onion finely.
Put mushrooms with onions in a pan, add a little vegetable oil. Fry. The liquid released from the mushrooms will not evaporate.
Meanwhile, finely chop the boiled chicken breast. I advise you to cut it small enough so that the mass for julienne turns out to be quite homogeneous.
Send the chicken to the mushroom pan, and add a couple of tablespoons of sour cream. And, of course, now is the time to salt and pepper to taste. Fry the mass for 5-7 minutes.
Cut the hats off the buns, take out the crumb.
Fill the buns with prepared toppings.
Sprinkle with grated cheese on top. During baking, the cheese will melt, forming a beautiful golden hat.
