Spaghetti with champignons

Recipe

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PORTIONS:

Spaghetti
450g
Champignons
750g
Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
Cream
225ml
Garlic
2pcs
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING

STEP 1:

Wash the mushrooms and cut into thin plates. Dip the spaghetti in boiling salted water and cook for 7-8 minutes (as indicated on the package).

STEP 2:

In a hot pan, heat the vegetable oil and fry the mushrooms until they turn golden and all the water from them evaporates.

STEP 3:

After 15 minutes of frying, add cream and soy sauce to the pan. Stir fry for 5 minutes. After that, add squeezed garlic, salt and spices.

STEP 4:

Drain the prepared spaghetti and mix it with the sauce. Serve immediately.
