INGREDIENTS:

Champignons
200g
Breadcrumbs
50g
Eggs
2pcs
Milk
100ml
Flour
50g
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING

STEP 1:

Wash the mushrooms, peel and boil in salted water (cook for 10 minutes).

STEP 2:

Beat eggs in a deep bowl with milk. Dip the boiled mushrooms into the egg mixture.

STEP 3:

After that, roll the mushrooms in flour.

STEP 4:

Then dip in the egg mixture again and roll in breadcrumbs.

STEP 5:

Dip the mushrooms in boiling oil and sauté until golden brown.

STEP 6:

Serve hot, with fresh herbs and vegetables.
