Grilled champignon mushrooms

Recipe

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PORTIONS:

Champignons

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING

STEP 1:

Подготовьте все необходимые продукты. Шампиньоны берите свежие, белого цвета, хотя допускается и использование королевских шампиньонов. Из лимона нам понадобится лимонный сок, поэтому можете взять и уже готовый лимонный сок. Если будете выжимать сок из лимона, предварительно помойте его горячей водой, – так лимон отдаст больше сока. Допускается замена свежего чеснока чесночным порошком, а также использование любого растительного масла.

STEP 2:

Rinse the mushrooms well from dirt, then dry. If the legs of the mushrooms are long, then they can be trimmed a little. Medium-sized mushrooms are preferable: very large ones will not have time to fry, small ones can burn.

Combine vegetable oil with soy sauce. I do not use salt in this dish, because soy sauce already contains enough salt.

STEP 3:

Add chopped garlic. you can chop it finely with a knife, grate it, or let it pass through a garlic press. Or add garlic powder. At the same stage, you can add your favorite spices and seasonings to the marinade: dill, both fresh and dried, allspice, will be appropriate.

STEP 4:

Pour the mushrooms with the resulting marinade and mix well so that the mushrooms are covered on all sides. Leave to marinate for a minimum of 15 minutes, a maximum of 2-3 hours. After such pickling, mushrooms, in principle, can be eaten raw, but today we cook on the grill.

STEP 5:

In the meantime, heat the coals. You can take ready-made coals of industrial production and heat them up. Or set fire to wood and wait until they burn out and turn into coals. Firewood of course, it is best to take birch.

STEP 6:

Put the grill and put the mushrooms on it. Fry for 3-5 minutes on each side, then turn over. Repeat this procedure 2-3 times.

STEP 7:

Подавайте сразу горячими. Хотя и в холодном виде они очень вкусные!

Serve such mushrooms as a side dish for meat dishes or use them in salads.
