Recipe

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PORTIONS:

Champignons
300g
Potatoes
500g
Onion
200g
Cream 15-20 %
500g
Seed oil
2-3tablespoons
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING

STEP 1:

Peel the potatoes, wash and chop not too large. Fill with water so that it slightly covers the potatoes, salt and set to cook.

STEP 2:

We clean the onions, finely chop and fry in seed oil.

STEP 3:

While the onion is fried, we will take care of the mushrooms. We clean them, wash them and cut them.

STEP 4:

We send the mushrooms to the onion, salt, pepper and fry until they are slightly covered with a golden crust.

STEP 5:

Finished mushrooms are chopped with a blender.

STEP 6:

Drain a little water from already cooked potatoes, add to it a crushed mass of onions and mushrooms. Pour the cream and connect the blender to work. We grind the soup with it to the state that you like best - you can smooth it in a smoothie, you can stop when you still feel small lumps of mushrooms and potatoes. We put the soup again on the stove and bring to a boil (do not let it boil !!!). We try and bring to taste.
